If I’ve learned one thing in over 20 years in telecom, it’s this: the people doing the work—the techs, the support teams, the MSPs building recurring revenue from the ground up—don’t need fluff. They need real tools that work. Platforms that make life easier. And partners that actually listen.
That mindset has shaped my entire career—and it’s what drives everything we do at RingLogix. As the founder and CEO, my job (and honestly, my favorite hobby) is designing products that are so intuitive, your customers want to buy them, use them, and tell everyone they know. I’ve been in the trenches—starting out as a technician in my teens, then working my way through sales, operations, network design, and now product and software development. That experience helps me build software that doesn’t need a training manual—just a login.
As we move through 2025, we’re doubling down on what matters: building practical, powerful tools that give MSPs more control, more revenue, and fewer headaches.
This year, my goal is simple: build the most enjoyable platform to sell, manage, and support UCaaS—period. I want RingOS to be the system you want to log into. The system that makes you say, “Finally, someone gets it.”
We’re focused on giving MSPs more time, more money, and more control. That means automating the painful stuff, tightening up workflows, and delivering updates that make you faster and more efficient without requiring five hours of onboarding.
We’ve come a long way. But in 2025, we’re going even further. We’re investing in making RingOS more intelligent, more proactive, and even more aligned with how MSPs actually work day-to-day. I don’t want to build the same thing everyone else is building. I want to build what you need before you even ask for it.
We’re four months into 2025, and one thing is crystal clear: MSPs are being pulled in more directions than ever.
Your clients want faster service, easier communication, and billing that just makes sense. Meanwhile, you’re juggling disconnected tools and trying to maintain profit margins. It’s a tough balancing act—and the market’s not slowing down.
One of the biggest trends we’re watching is platform consolidation. MSPs don’t want ten vendors and twelve logins. You want one system that handles quoting, activation, billing, and support—all in one place. That’s been the foundation of RingOS from day one, and we’re continuing to double down on that value.
Another thing I’m seeing is all the hype around AI. I get it—it’s exciting. But we’re not here to sell buzzwords. We’re focused on practical AI—the kind that helps you resolve tickets faster, automate routine tasks, and reduce revenue leakage without adding complexity. If it’s not actually making your life easier, it’s not worth building.
A lot of vendors are suddenly targeting MSPs. And to be honest, most of them are just trying to repackage what they already built for someone else.
We’re not doing that.
RingLogix was built with MSPs from day one. Every feature, every workflow, every automation—we’ve built it by listening to the people actually using the platform. We’re not here to force a telco playbook onto your business. We’re here to give you the tools and flexibility to run it your way.
And yeah, sometimes we release a feature before we even get a chance to announce it. (That’s on me.) But I'd rather ship something valuable today than wait around for a press release.
If you’re a current partner, you know we’re serious about feedback. And if you’re new here, now’s the time to jump in. Everything we’re doing this year is about creating more value—for your business, your team, and your customers.
Faster quoting. Smarter billing. Cleaner workflows. More control. Less overhead.
That’s the vision for 2025. And if we’re not there yet? Let’s talk.
Because we’re not here to check boxes—we’re here to solve the problems that actually matter to you.
