What does a typical day as a Product Manager at RingLogix look like?
"No two days are the same! Priorities shift, new bugs emerge, and customer feedback rolls in. Beyond managing product development, I also help the entire organization adopt an agile mindset—ensuring we iterate quickly and efficiently."
How do you turn partner feedback into actionable improvements?
"On paper, it sounds simple: receive feedback, understand it, refine it, and build it. In practice, it’s more nuanced. Once I get feedback, I meet with key teams to refine the idea, covering everything from design to UX. If there are gaps, I reach out to partners or stakeholders for clarity. Once the feature is well-defined, we refine it with our dev team and prioritize it based on value, feasibility, and impact."
