At RingLogix, we’re always looking for ways to give our partners more control, flexibility, and automation—because a great platform should adapt to your needs, not the other way around.
That’s why we’re excited to introduce two new enhancements in RingOS: Service Regions and Custom Domains. These features build on our already robust system, giving you greater precision in service delivery and the ability to support a wider range of customer deployments.
RingOS has always provided geo-redundant services to ensure reliability, performance, and uptime. Now, we’re making it even better with Service Regions, allowing you to assign a customer to a specific geographic region—East, Central, or West.
With Service Regions, every customer’s carrier configurations, provisioning, and routing will now align with their assigned region. This ensures:
For partners, this means more flexibility when designing networks, better performance for customers, and fewer support tickets caused by regional routing inefficiencies. And as we continue to grow, Service Regions will expand beyond the U.S. to Canada and Europe.
For most PBX deployments, RingOS automatically generates a domain ID for each tenant, streamlining provisioning and billing. But we saw an opportunity to expand automation and compatibility for certain cases where customer-facing equipment requires a specific domain format to function properly.
With the new Advanced Custom Domain option, you can now:
This enhancement doesn’t change the default workflow—most setups should still use the auto-generated domain for simplicity. But for partners who work with unique network configurations or specialized equipment, this feature opens new doors to serving a broader customer base.
As a RingLogix partner, you already have the tools to deploy and scale your services with ease. With Service Regions and Custom Domains, you now have even more ways to optimize performance and serve a wider range of customers.
If you have any questions or need assistance, RingLogix Support is here to help. We can’t wait to see how you put these features to work!
